From the nearest stations

About 5 minutes on foot from JR Sannomiya Station or Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station, walking up Kitano-zaka. An easy stroll from the center of Sannomiya.

A short way up the slope, you’ll see the Miura Building. The sign is modest — please look up to the second floor and take the stairs.

Inside the room

Open the door and you’ll find a brown wooden counter, plastered walls, and shelves of records along the back. A YAMAHA NS-1000M plays the great jazz of the 1950s and 60s. The room is small, but it holds a fair piece of a Kobe night.

Reservations are welcome — please call +81-78-331-9762. Walk-ins are fine too, but the room can fill up, so calling ahead is the safest way to be sure of a seat.
